The UV-260 recorder is a tool used to accurately determine the location of the corona discharge that occurs on high-voltage equipment. Allows you to determine the location and power of the discharge based on the registration of ultraviolet (UV) radiation emitted during a corona discharge, providing a reliable way to assess the technical condition of high-voltage equipment.
The camera allows you to overlay the recorded image of the corona discharge on the visible image. The shooting is displayed in real time on the active matrix display (TFT). The image can be recorded as a still image (snapshot); you can also record the observed discharge as a video. The recorded images and videos are stored on a removable SD memory card in a format that allows you to play them in a personal computer PC.
